Day of Wedding Coordinator $400.00:

-An initial consultation after booking coordinator to get an assessment of your wedding
-Unlimited phone calls and emails
-A detailed meeting 1-2 weeks before wedding to collect all vendor information and any last minute details.
-Distribution of wedding time line to vendors a week before the wedding.
-Oversight of ALL wedding items and getting them to the wedding site-Programs, favors, etc…
-Set up of centerpieces, decorations, chair & table covers, etc…
-Communication and coordination with all wedding vendors at wedding site. -Coordination and oversight of your entire day- From the moment get ready to the last vendor is gone!

Wedding on a Budget $700.00:

-An initial consultation after booking coordinator to get an assessment of your wedding
-Detailed meeting with discussion of your budget, style, theme, colors, etc..
-A complete wedding plan for you to keep and follow to guide you throughout the planning process
-Vendor referrals and follow up calls to vendors to confirm details
-Unlimited phone calls and email
-Two final meetings 4 and 2 weeks before the wedding to discuss all the details.
-Conduction of wedding rehearsal
-Wedding day coordination up to 6 hours.

The Classic Package $ 1,200.00:

This package is for the Bride and Groom who would like to help and do some work in the wedding process but still needs a mediator to handle all the details from beginning to end.

-Initial consultation after booking coordinator to get an assessment of your wedding
-Unlimited phone calls and emails
-Six face to face meetings
-Advice on wedding design, wedding etiquette, and organized time line
-Assistance and referrals for all vendors and venues
-Attendance to your choice of 2 vendor meetings for help with selection and contracts
-Phone contact with all vendors to finalize contracts, duties, and directions for the big day
-Oversight of wedding items and getting them to the wedding sight- Programs, favors, place cards, guest book, all those little important things!
-Conduction of wedding rehearsal
-Coordination and oversight of your entire day- From the moment you get ready to the last vendor is gone!
-Unlimited coverage on your wedding day

The Fairytale Package $1,600.00:

This package is for the bride and groom who would like assistance from the beginning to the very end of their wedding. Your wedding coordinator will manage everything you need!

-Initial consultation after booking coordinator to get an assessment of your wedding
-Unlimited face to face meetings, phone calls, and emails
-Detailed meeting with discussion of your budget, style, theme, colors, etc..
-Advice on wedding design, wedding etiquette, and organized time line
-Venue referrals and tours
-Assistance and referrals for all vendors
-Attendance to all vendor meetings for help with selection and contracts -Attendance to all final meetings with vendors & directions for the big day
-Creation & assistance with floor plans, place cards, & day of itinerary
-Booking of accommodations for out of town guests: Hotels, travel, & anything else!
-Assistance with booking Rehearsal dinner and location
-Conduction of wedding rehearsal
-Assistance in planning any Wedding parties such as a bridal lunch or guy’s night out
-Oversight of wedding items and getting them to the wedding sight- Programs, favors, place cards, guest book, all those little important things!
-Coordination and oversight of your entire day- From the moment get ready to the last vendor is gone!

A La Carte An hourly rate of $45.00 per hour:

-Discussion of Ceremony & Reception Venues
-Venue Tours
-Addressing, stamping & Stuffing of wedding invitations
-Management of guest list & Seating arrangements
-Assisting with planning of the Bridal Shower and/or Groomsmen Party
Errand runs:
-Set up pre make-up & hair trials
-Find & make accommodations for out- of- town guests
-Prepare engagement announcement in your local newspaper
